The British Sub Aqua Club is an internationally recognised organisation, and the Derby branch is aimed at training people to become safe and competent divers.

Derby BSAC is a non-profit organisation so an annual subscription to the club covers as much training by our instructors as you can fit in!

BSAC training packs are priced at around £25 to £35 each, and are required for each qualification.

Subscription Includes:

  • Membership of BSAC
  • Training for BSAC qualifications by Nationally qualified instructors
  • Monthly BSAC 'Dive' magazine for full members
  • 3rd Party Liability Insurance through BSAC
  • Access to BSAC Skill Development Courses
  • Use of the pool at Queen's Leisure Centre during the Club's weekly training slot
  • Invitation to attend Club diving trips and social activities
  • Use of club equipment

Subscription Costs are (approximately):

Full Membership first year £185.00
Full Membership subsequent year £150.00
Additional adult members at the same address first year £160.00
Additional adult members at the same address subsequent year £135.00
Student membership first year £140
Student membership subsequent year £105

Club trips are additional and costed separately.
